Smashed Carpano
- 4 cl of Carpano Classico
- 1/4 of orange
- 1/4 of fresh grapefruit
- 1/2 spoonful of brown sugar
- 1 spruzzo di soda
Dice the orange and grapefruit and put them in the glass. Using a muddler, add the sugar. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the Carpano Classico and the soda. Gently stir from bottom to the top of the glass and add a mint sprig.
Negroni Sbagliato
- 3 cl of sparkling wine
- 3 cl of Antica Formula
- 3 cl of bitters
- 1 orange peel
- ice
Mix in a glass full of ice in the following sequence: bitter, Antica Formula, sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel.
Punt e Mes Manhattan
- 3 cl of Rye or Bourbon Whisky
- 3 cl of Punt e Mes
- 3 drops of Fernet-Branca
- A marachino cherry to decorate
- ice
Use a mixing glass full of ice and pour the ingredients in, in the given order. Stir and filter in a cocktail glass. Decorate with a marachino cherry.
Carpano Spritz
- 4 cl Carpano Classico
- 4 cl Prosecco
- 1 splash of soda water
- 1 orange peel
- ice
Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the ingredients and complete with a splash of soda water or seltz. Gently stir with a spoon, garnishing with an orange peel.
Carpano Dry Gibson
- 6 cl of Gin
- 1 cl of Carpano Dry Vermouth
Pour the Gin and the Carpano Dry in a mixing glass with ice, shake and serve in a cold cocktail cup. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Milano-Torino
- 4,5 cl Punt e Mes
- 4,5 cl Bitters
- 1 orange or lemon peel
- ice
Fill a tumbler glass with ice. Then pour in the ingredients. Stir delicately with a spoon and garnish with an orange peel.
Negroni
- 3 cl Carpano Classico
- 3 cl Bitter
- 3 cl Gin
- 1 orange slice
- ice
Mix the ingredients in a glass full of ice in the following order: Gin, Bitter, Carpano Classico. Garnish with an orange slice.
Americano
- 3 cl Antica Formula
- 3 cl Bitter
- Top Soda
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 orange slice
- ice
Fill a tumbler glass with ice. Pour the ingredients and complete the drink by adding a splash of soda water. Stir delicately with a spoon, garnishing with an orange slice.
Punt e Mes Yes
- Half Punt e Mes
- Half Soda
- A lemon slice
- Ice
Directly in the glass, pour in the ice, one part of Punt e Mes, one part soda and squeeze a lemon slice inside, then pass it along the border of the glass.
